2. ATOS Q, Atos 5: High-Precision 3D Scanner
3D scanning solutions for complex measurement and inspection tasks
Portable, flexible and precise: ATOS Q is ready for your workshop. Designed as a versatile 3D scanner for complex measurement and inspection tasks, it meets high measurement needs for many industries

Designed for industrial use, ATOS Q is engineered with 8 million or 12 million points per scan (PPS), Bright Blue LED Light Equalizer and Triple Scan technology, which reduces the number of scans required individually and speeds up measurement times, even on complex measurements.
ATOS Q captures millions of precise points through quick scans, creating precise digital copies of parts, components, assemblies, tooling and molds. Its sleek, compact design makes it the ideal engineering solution for dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, CFD/FEA analysis, digital assembly and other manufacturing processes.
3. ScanBox: Automated 3D Scanning Technology
The complete plug & play solution combines everything needed for digitization and automated testing — no additional investment required. All you need is a single electrical outlet.
ZEISS ScanBox – Quickly deployed automated precision inspection solution
Integrated ATOS Optical 3D Scanner with built-in photometry including proven Triple Scanning and Blue Light Technology by Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology. This new technology enables even more detailed feature acquisition with faster measurement times for different part sizes, surfaces, finishes and geometries, regardless of ambient lighting conditions.

Small size with big capabilities
Although the ATOS ScanBox only requires 11 m2 of floor space, it can be used to measure parts up to 2 m in size. ATOS ScanBox also has a smaller version that requires only 5 m2 for measuring smaller parts, and a larger version designed for cranes or forklifts to load parts and components up to 3 m.
ATOS ScanBox is a complete solution from a single source: hardware, software, support, safety and documentation all come together to create a fully integrated, optimized solution Specialized to work perfectly together
